Simrah is a driven young software developer with hands-on experience in Python and HTML/CSS, and a knack for picking up complex concepts quickly. She has been active in the field since January 2021, working as a Freelance Graphic Designer with Utech Digital Education — developing concepts, graphics, and layouts while managing client expectations and translating feedback into polished results. That client-facing experience carried into a Python Programming and Web Development internship at Utech Services, where she worked directly on client projects, making design decisions around usability and readability while staying attuned to ongoing trends.
At MarkDev Solutions, Simrah applies that project experience to development work, including an AI-powered whiteboard that lets users draw shapes in mid-air using webcam-based hand tracking, built in Python with MediaPipe, OpenCV, and NumPy, as well as a user-friendly to-do list application in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with full add, delete, and complete functionality. Alongside her development work, she serves as a Teaching Assistant for Python Programming at Utech Digital Education, where she conducts free workshops aimed at drawing younger students into the platform’s courses and helps promote its summer and winter camp programs.
