UTech Digital Education runs live, 1-on-1 online coding classes for kids and teens aged 7-17, covering game development, AI, Python, web development, and robotics. Founded in Karachi and UK-registered, UTech built a reputation locally through in-person referrals and word-of-mouth trust among Pakistani parents before expanding its ambitions to serve students in the US, UK, Canada, India, and Jamaica.
Scaling from a regional coding school to an internationally recognized ed-tech brand meant UTech needed both a platform built to convert visitors from multiple countries and time zones, and the organic visibility and lead funnel to bring those visitors in the first place. UTech had the curriculum and trainers in place, but lacked a website architected for conversion and the SEO, social, and review infrastructure needed to turn interest into trial bookings and paid enrollments.
MarkDev Solutions was engaged to design and build UTech’s website from the ground up and lead its ongoing SEO, content, and lead-generation strategy—combining a conversion-focused platform with the organic search presence, review infrastructure, and social funnel behind the brand’s growth into 100K+ students and a 4.9-star rating.

The Challenge
UTech’s growth ambitions outpaced its digital visibility. The business wanted to be found by parents searching for “coding classes for kids in Karachi,” “online coding classes Pakistan,” and equivalent international queries—but its website wasn’t structured to rank for the dozens of location- and program-specific search terms parents actually use (by city, by age group, by subject like AI, Python, or robotics).
At the same time, trust signals were scattered. Reviews existed on Google, Facebook, and word-of-mouth, but weren’t consolidated anywhere a prospective parent could see them quickly. Social channels (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram) had an engaged niche following but weren’t being used systematically to funnel interest toward a free trial booking, the single highest-converting step in UTech’s enrollment journey.
Finally, international expansion added complexity: pricing, testimonials, and messaging needed to work for a Karachi parent comparing PKR pricing and a US or UK parent evaluating a live webcam-based program against local alternatives—without diluting UTech’s core value proposition.
What did
Markdev Solutions do
MarkDev Solutions built UTech’s website as a conversion-first platform, then layered a full-funnel growth strategy on top of it spanning technical SEO, content structure, and social-to-conversion pathways.
- Custom Website Build: A responsive, mobile-first site with dedicated sections for course catalog, schooling programs, summer camp, student gallery, certificates, and games, plus integrations with the student portal and mobile app (Google Play).
- Location- and Program-Based SEO Architecture: Dedicated landing sections for “Coding Classes in Pakistan” and “International Online Coding Classes,” plus city- and age-targeted content (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad; Young Innovator Program ages 7-12; Teen Tech Pioneers ages 13-17) to capture long-tail search intent.
- On-Page Optimization: Optimized meta titles, descriptions, and structured keyword targeting for high-intent terms like “coding for kids,” “AI for kids,” and “Python for kids,” aligned to how parents in each target country actually search.
- Consolidated Social Proof Strategy: Surfaced Google Business reviews (4.8/5 from 150+ Pakistani students and parents), embedded a live Facebook feed, and featured named parent testimonials directly on the homepage to reduce first-visit skepticism.
- Free-Trial Funnel Design: Restructured the site around a single low-friction conversion goal (“Book a Free Coding Trial”), with repeated, contextual “Register Now” calls-to-action placed after every trust or curriculum section.
- Social Channel Integration: Connected Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram directly into the site experience (embedded feeds, subscribe CTAs, student showcase reels) to turn existing organic social engagement into on-site traffic and trial signups.
- Authority & Credibility Signaling: Highlighted the F6S “#21 Top Company” badge, UK company registration, and student project gallery to support conversion for skeptical or first-time international visitors.
